The Barn Owl
As white as a moonlight poltergeist
He glides silently through the night
With a mind full of wisdom and rife
His body shines with a majestic light
With individual string like wings
That flare with an almighty glow
Invincible from pain, but not from his mind doth stings
And from his crushed mind he lets it all go
Roams the earth looking for answers that have no questions
Seeking and searching for what is not there
Fleeting and fleeing with no need for digestion
And now on his head lies a wreck of which was hair
But yet so beautiful is the one who roams the earth
And of which that splendour has surged within from birth

You should definitely submit it as coursework, I'm sure Mrs Sharkey will be very pleased with it, the vocabulary is beautiful and it flows so very nicely

Phoenix Wright wouldn't object to this, that's for sure.
That is actually amazing, you should really put that in for your coursework!

Philosophy will clip an Angel's wings,
Conquer all mysteries by rule and line,
Empty the haunted air, and gnomed mine
Unweave a rainbow, as it erewhile made.
